Workflow & Systems Consulting · Orange County, CA

Better systems. Smoother workflows. Practical AI.

Pacific Slope Advisory helps educational institutions, public agencies, and businesses across Orange County and California improve efficiency with scalable systems that grow with you.

What we do

Five ways we help organizations reduce bottlenecks and run more efficiently.

Build Systems

When information lives in inboxes and side spreadsheets, things fall through the cracks. We design scalable systems that connect your people, partners, and data, and consolidate it all into interactive, transparent dashboards everyone can see and trust.

  • Partner portals for intake, status updates, and shared records
  • Systems integration that connects the tools you already use
  • Interactive dashboards that turn scattered data into clear, shared views

Streamline Workflows

Most organizations don’t need more software. They need fewer steps. We map how the work actually runs, find the bottlenecks, and redesign the process so it’s faster and easier to follow.

  • Process improvement for approvals, referrals, and enrollment
  • Workflow automation that cuts manual data entry
  • Clear handoffs between departments and outside partners

Apply AI Practically

AI and Super Intelligence tools can take hours of routine work off your team’s plate, from drafting and summarizing to sorting data and answering common questions. We help you choose the right tools, put them to work safely, and give your staff the training and guidance to use them with confidence.

  • Practical AI implementation matched to your real workflows
  • Hands-on training and coaching for staff at every comfort level
  • Clear guidance and policies for responsible, secure use

Manage Operations

The day-to-day details add up: inventory, invoices, ordering, and the products or services you deliver. We set up simple, scalable systems to track them so nothing gets lost and you can see where things stand at a glance.

  • Inventory and ordering systems
  • Invoice and payment tracking
  • Product and service management tools

Measure What Works

Good programs deserve good evidence. We help you define outcomes, collect the right data, and report results that funders, boards, and partners understand.

  • Program evaluation and outcomes measurement
  • External evaluator for grants
  • Needs assessments and data-informed planning

Who we help

Education (K-12 & Higher Ed)

Dual enrollment, early college, alternative education, and student services, plus the enrollment, scheduling, and reporting systems behind them. Our background includes building alternative education programs from the ground up and running college partnerships.

Example: a shared online portal where partners submit information and track progress in one place, replacing scattered emails and spreadsheets.

Cities & Public Agencies

Referrals, intake, multi-agency agreements, and grant reporting slowed by paper forms and disconnected systems. We help streamline the process, connect partners, and show results.

Small Businesses & Growing Organizations

Teams buried in manual tasks, from ordering and invoicing to scheduling and customer follow-up. We set up practical, scalable systems and AI tools that give you hours back each week.

How we work

  1. Intro call. A conversation about what’s slowing you down and whether we’re a good fit.
  2. A focused project. A clear scope, timeline, and price in writing before any work begins.
  3. Hands-on support and training. We build it with your team and train your staff so the new system sticks.

What you can expect

  • Plain language, not jargon
  • A fixed project price, with no surprise costs
  • Scalable systems built to grow with you
  • Optional ongoing support and maintenance plans, so your systems stay current

Beyond the project

Need a website? We build and refresh websites for clients directly. For services outside our wheelhouse, such as printing and label services for small or large runs, we connect you with trusted partners we know and work with.
